However <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.digitalmajority.org\/forum\/t-15933\/qualcomm-found-guilty-of-patent-ambush\">Qualcomm was found guilty of &#8220;patent ambush&#8221;<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Qualcomm apologized (but will appeal).<\/p>\n<p>The lesson ? Qualcomm gonna have a hard time enforcing its patent, which is perfectly good under US laws until proven otherwise.
