US consumers won&#8217;t be able to get access to world top-class cell phones, while the so-called &#8220;broadband&#8221; access they get is already <a href=\"http:\/\/arstechnica.com\/news.ars\/post\/20070715-new-oecd-report-shows-limitations-of-us-broadband-public-policy.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">notoriously lagging<\/a> behind that of Europe and Asia (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.websiteoptimization.com\/bw\/0704\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">more<\/a> on this, and the OECD <a href=\"http:\/\/213.253.134.43\/oecd\/pdfs\/browseit\/9307021E.PDF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">full report<\/a>). And I don&#8217;t mention <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrgco.com\/TOC_IPTV_GF0407.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IPTV<\/a>.
