I&#8217;m a software developer, and the creator and owner of a software company myself (an SME), and I think software patent is evil. Furthermore, I&#8217;m a European after being a World citizen, and I don&#8217;t want software patents in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>We (the anti-software patents) won a battle here, in Europe, by defeating the European commission patent-software directive at the European parliement.
