1st shot at a remote console for the prototype boat

Built with wxPython.

Communicate through the serial port of the PC with a Teensy making the gateway with the RFM69 radio module (and from here to the boat control board over the radio link).

I may have to redo it with Kivy, since an Android tablet is easier to take in the field than a Linux PC, but it’s enough for tuning the board in the garage.
